Commitment: How to stick to your health Journey

Commitment is a choice. I looked at the pros and cons of my experiences when I decided to take better care of myself. I consciously chose to do better for myself because I felt better. And now that I know better, I cannot go back, I can only move forward.


Moving Forward

Yes, some challenges come up however you can always get back on track. Sometimes we need a setback to remind us to get back on track with taking care of ourselves. Sometimes that setback is necessary to show us what is not working anymore. How can you stay committed to your health journey despite the setback?
